I developed the “one stop” financial services concept for small businesses. This includes providing commercial debt and equity financing, exit strategy planning, and education. Financing is offered through a variety of government agency debt programs and private equity funds. Exit strategy planning is provided through FMC’s Business Coaching and Business Modeling platforms, with the objective to grow and maximize the value of the business at exit. Education is provided through thirteen business seminars, various workshops, and FMC School of Business for Business Owners. I wrote the educational material from 26 years experience financing and growing businesses. In addition, I developed proprietary software for business modeling, valuations, analysis, and agency applications.

I graduated from Texas Commerce Bank’s Executive Training Program, which consisted of two years of training in each department of the bank, and included a concentrated study of financial analysis techniques, underwriting commercial loans, and bank operations. After completing training, I was transferred to a newly acquired Texas Commerce Bank (formerly Irving Bank and Trust) in Irving, Texas and completed a financial analysis of the commercial loan portfolio and developed loan policies.
